  MacDonald is not Pollack or Friedkin or Frankenheimer. But the actors and script reminded me of the great political thrillers from the 70s. I'm glad they still make these movies.

  *yawn*. Too much exposition, silly bland twist, and way too many cheap jump scares. But the acting was solid. Still I was bored in the theatre, and kept wishing the kid would kill his family.. except this wasn't Amityville.

  I really expected it to be more clever or more twisted. Only so many times can you hear "can I trust you?" before getting bored.
